Nach der Anstrengung dehnen wir unsere geschundenen Muskeln und machen auf der Matte noch etwas f\u00fcr den R\u00fccken.<br \/>\nUm die Skifahrer fit zu machen geht es vor Weihnachten mehr um Kondition und Beine, danach mehr um Kraft und die Muskulatur in der oberen K\u00f6rperh\u00e4lfte.<br \/>\nDas klingt recht anstrengend, kann es auch sein, muss aber nicht. Jeder macht nach seinen M\u00f6glichkeiten, keiner wird gezwungen.
